Couldn't make this one, looks like some interesting stuff turned up, including the police...

What was the story there?

It was the port police! He was sitting by the roundabout leading to the ferry terminal and one of the cars going past triggered an alert. Turns out the young lad had just had private plates fitted and the insurance details weren't synced. The copper drove him home so he could show him the insurance info and brought him back. All sorted!

That's good. Was hoping it wasn't people driving like plonkers, I've seen it at other events.

Not on the couple of times I've been down to Tower Wharf though.
