Hi all,

I have been a lurker for some time on the boards in the NW. The NW Spotted Thread (Vol 3) is a treat. I thought I would sign up so I could add my own spots around Manchester/Glossop area.

This could be a very cheeky first post, however, here goes.

I am looking for interesting cars to photograph. I want to add to my portfolio of images and build my social media (instagram) profile, with the aim of getting some paid jobs, magazine work etc, eventually. I have a couple of cars lined up with people I have met at local meets (bright orange Metro!), however I thought here might be a good call too.

If you are interested then let me know and we can try and organise something.

Have a wander down to Krispy Kreme Sunday morning (opp Trafford centre). You will find 50-100 ish American cars showing. Monthly meet by aacnw.co.uk

Gizzie, thanks for the heads up. I'm actually compiling a list of events to attend so I can speak with people directly. I didn't know about this one.

Preston Supercar meet on Sunday 20th March 2016.

Well worth a visit, especially this month as it will be a full carpark of exotica and classics alike.

Got it in the diary Will try and pop along, will have a two year old with me, which might complicate matters, but he loves bikes and cars so could be good fun.

Don't worry. They have an indoor wacky warehouse play centre. It is how I coerce my kids
