Car Rental/Shared Ownership Clubs in NW

HI Guys,

Wondering if any of you know of any Car Rental or Shared Ownership situations based around the North West. Similar to the Gotham Dream cars or Autovivendi.

I live in the UK but work abroad most the year and have a nasty petrol habit. I currently rent things a few months a year but that is obviously an expensive game. Done the sums and its not worth buying a car and have it sitting around - i also like changing every time i come home!!!
