Alloy wheel polishing South Manchester

After a very brief break from selling my 968 - a CS - in October, I'm back with another: same colour (yellow), but a Sport this time. Both cars wear the Porsche Cup II alloys, but while the CS's were body coloured in the iconic Speed Yellow, the Sport's are a fairly underwhelming average low shine silver.
I'm in two minds whether to have them polished up to a high shine completely or have only the rims polished and the middle bit painted (gloss black or speed yellow -I'm undecided).
Anyway I'm looking for the best outfit in the region; I don't need them to come to me, I'm happy to take & leave it with them but I do need the very best of the best otherwise the results could look amateur...

Suggestions please?
