Feeling a bit narked that all the NCP's are around £13 for 4-6 hours - is there anywhere in the north end of town that won't have me feeling nervous and doesn't require a remortgage?

Ta!

North end of town try the Euro Car Parks just on the other side of Swan Street. Think it's Cable Street. £5 for 12 hours and you can pay on your phone.

They have fitted new lights and painted bays on in the last couple of weeks, doesnt seem too bad now. I work next to it so have seen them 'upgrading' the car park.

Its for evenings out mostly, will give the Total parking lot a go - unlit wasteland isn't that welcoming at midnight in the rain but it sounds like they've spruced the place up a bit and I don't wanna give ncp any more money now.

Used the Total car parks to the rear of the Printworks car park - might have been called Shudehill? bit rough in places but mostly lit and only £4.

Bit late with this post but I always park at the Euro car parks on Greengate for less than £2 for 4 hours. Right next to Victoria and the Arndale and the top of Deansgate are only a short walk. Classed as Salford on google maps but always considered it still pretty central to Manchester centre (M3 postcode).

I'd never drive in if I hadn't found this place.
