Good yet cheap bodyshops in Liverpool

Can anyone recommend any?
I have a fair bit of work needing to be done - My girlfriends Copen has some slight accident damage to a front wing and a fair amount of rust work - I reckon a small section will need to be cut out.
I have a hardtop for my MX5 that could do with a small repair and a total respray as well as some mudflaps for the same car that also need a total respray.
I'm basically looking for the cheapest, proper job, not a back street place that will simply blow the Copen over as the rust on that would come back with a vengence!
