Hope the mods don't mind but I thought 'what better way to advertise an engineering job?'

Job opportunity for budding engineer working with other petrol heads!

Hi guys,
I have created a new role at my ever-expanding composite extrusion business.
Basically, I'm looking for a new me & by that I mean a young & eager engineer-type person (I no longer fit into the 'young' category).
The role is very exciting (even if I do say so myself!) and involves getting really stuck into all areas of production, quality, process improvements, product design etc.
We are the only UK manufacturers of composite decking www.ecodek.co.uk this is our 12th year in business and we are growing at around 20% year on year.
This role will grow with the company and the successful candidate will get knowledge from me that is priceless, what I mean by that is that the knowledge can not be gained by any other means such as university or similar companies as no-one in the UK does what we do!
There's one more criteria, I don't want 'yes men/women' or people that have to work to strict guidelines, I want free-thinkers who can see what needs doing & do it without a lot of intervention.
Most of us are petrol heads and more than anything else, we like to work hard but enjoy it, there's no point going to work somewhere you're not happy, There's over 20 of us now & we all love what we do (we have our off days obviously!).
I'm ideally looking for a recent graduate but that's not mandatory, however having a sharp mind, a practical approach to problem solving and the ability to have a laugh are!

If that sounds like your cup of tea, pm me on here and I'll get a job description and salary details across to you.
The job will be based in our factory on the Wrexham Industrial Estate, LL13 9UZ.

Thanks
Alex

Hi Alex,
I wish you well in your search !
It sounds like a great opportunity for a young engineer to thrive in a 'can do environment'
Nice to hear such a positive story about Manfacturing in the NW Wales / England
Good Luck
