Address help. Anyone in Rochdale?

We have been having a bit of a barney with a courier co who have failed to deliver a parcel.
They claim Waterloo Rd OL11 2RH doesn't exist. The lady who lives there claims other wise.
Apparently its off Romney Ave OL11 2RR in Kirkholt.
Anyone know the area?

Took me ages to find it and yes it does exist and looks like a new street.

Go on google maps and put in the OL11 2RR, go into satellite mode and drag the man (street view) onto the road where the tag is, turn round and you will see Waterloo Road and a dead end sign, looks like they maybe new houses.
