I need get some decent photos of my Monza red Lancia integrale.

Anyone got any good suggestions for a nice location / backdrop to the photos that will help show off the car in the best light?

Thurstaston, through the caravan park towards the sailing club and down the slip road to the small car park just off the beach? Adequate lighting, sunsets at dusk and Wales as a backdrop.

(slip road)

Or just infront of the church, a local car dealer does all his photos here.

Yep know the one, it just looks a lot better in the photo than it does in real life.

If its a nice sunset.

by the west kirby marine lake the sailing car park, a raised area with the sunset in the background and the beach and wales always makes a nice shot!

Yes that is one of my choices but I was walking past at the weekend and it looks like they've put a traffic barrier across the road entrance frown

Yes looks like it's controlled from the sailing centre.
I'll have a look at the Hoylake location that also sounds a good spec.

Ok so as per Toms suggestion I took these photos outside the church across from the Cottage Loaf

If you could let me know how to link the photos to the thread that would be great!

Click the IMG box on the right hand side of the photo, it will copy the code to your clipboard, then paste it in the thread:

The dealer photo has a lot of post processing though.

You can make almost any pic look good with enough PP.

Yellow Lambo with some post-processing.

And if it were to be wrapped by a female ;-)

Post-processing opens up many ways to manipulate the photograph.
