Never used them, but Silver systems in Leek do this type of stuff.

Hello,

I have used a place called BCS in Haydock. Small company but excellent quality work. The owner is called Dave and his number is 01744 610244. There was only Dave and an assistant when I was there last September. He fabricated a downpipe in top quality stainless steel with a stainless flexi section for £160 from memory. He's definitely worth a call.

What are they quoting for £1300?

A copy of the existing manifold might be a bit expensive. However for a proper tuned equal length header type set up...£1,300 is good.

You could try Pipewerx but they quoted me a ridiculous price for a rear silencer once so I'm not sure you'll get anywhere.

I used pipework,

Found them the competitive from the places I tried, good quality lots of different options.

Can you not trailer your car to the garage?

They basically tack the system together while the car is on the ramp, easy to make any adjustment.

Ashley manifolds are mainly for competition use, I have one for the lupo that will be going on shortly.

Mild steel tuned length, good quality for what I paid (£200)

Alternatively could you not have the manifold plates laser cut then piece them together yourself. Mandrel bends are available online.

There are plenty of fab shops that will weld up prepared items (mines in Salford)

Kind regards

Angelo

What's it for?

Is it a one off?

A group buy would make it more economical.

Let us know what you finally decide to do, cos I will need a set of manifolds for my TVR Tuscan/Essex V6 in due course.

+1,

I used them to remove a center section that the welds were going on, did a damn good job.

Can someone at Blue Flame not point you in the right direction?

They're only in Skem themselves.
