Anyone remember this car from the 1950s or 60s?

I am trying to trace the early history of OTE 985 - a 1952 Armstrong Siddeley Hurricane 18hp. Does anyone recall it?

I know it was sold by Henleys of Manchester in 1952 and owned by a Dr John Lines of Ormskirk in 1973. I'm looking to fill the blanks inbetween. I believe it was light blue when built but repainted light grey at some point.
