Engine Machining recommendations
Discussion
I have just stripped my Chrysler 383 engine and am assessing what work I will need although it looks in quite good condition I am still thinking of having it balanced.
I am looking for a good machine shop that will be able to carry out any work I require and although local is better I am prepared to travel to find the right company.
The engine will be rebuilt to factory standards but I will need my heads converting to unleaded as well as any other work.

Just as an update I decided to go with Weir Street and was very pleased with the service. The large delay between my original post and getting the work done was due to me getting on with other parts of the car and this took a back seat.
Here's a link to my project which is now starting to look like a car again.
