Folks,
Do any of you fancy a place in the St Helens 10k on Sunday?
I have a place but did my foot in training on Saturday morning - soft tissue problems and i'm not even allowed to drive for a few days, never mind run! However, i may still attempt it if no one comes forward.
As a Plan B, prepared to perhaps give up the place, so if anyone interested, i will speak to the organisers to get the number switched to your name so you don't have to run slow to pretend to be me and will sort out getting the timing chip to you.
I've paid £20 for the place and this includes a goodie bag including an apparently decent t-shirt (specified mine as Medium but might be able to change too).
