Friend of mine is looking for a Boxster and has seen this one:

http://www.globalautomobiles.co.uk/used-cars/porsc...

But it's a long way from home. Anyone heard of the dealer?

Thanks all

A few used car dealers in that small area of Blackburn, all very scruffy places selling poorly prepped cars.

Went to look at a Corsa for the Mrs in December at one very close, it was a mess and the seller could hardly speak English.

I would honestly not waste your time and look elsewhere.

I tend to agree with Adz. If your man is deadly keen I'll go and take a look but I'm confident there'll be a better Box' closer to home.

Thanks chaps.

It's a laydee and she's very taken with the interior of this car. We've looked at a few in this price range down here but they've all had issues. This lot had no qualms about an AA check and this has been arranged. Will bear your comments in mind.

I had dealings with them recently, beware of Global Automobiles is an understatement.

I wish I had found warnings before travelling over 150 miles to find a car that was in poor state and them not wanting to do a refund on a refundable deposit. Luckily my credit card company did a charge back.

Not trustworthy from my short dealings with them.

Wish I'd seen this. wasted 4.5 hours and £150 getting to and then back from Blackburn. Tried to sell a blatantly clocked car to me today. MOT for car in 2011 had 49k on it and then in 2012 had 30 something. Owner had audacity to get arsey and say he didn't actually want to sell car to me
