Will be passing through in a few weeks, any good pubs with reasonable grub in the town. say £20 each tops

Not far from Barnoldswick: www.tempestarms.co.uk

Took the wife and kids a month or two ago, good size portions of very good food and reasonably priced. Worth the detour!

Both not in Barlick but worth going to if you can.

I love the way people in Barnoldswick call it Barlick.

We once had lunch at 'The old stone trough' at Kelbrook. Was ok and seem to recall the owner had a selection of magazines dotted around, including the usual Ok and Hello and then a pile of Fast Fords.

Meal was fine and place not too busy. Was probably about 4 or so years back though and times change!
