Bit of a long shot.

However thought I would see how generous the PHers of The Wirral/Liverpool/Cheshire area.

A friend of mine is getting married on the 3rd June 2013 and he lives about 10mins from the church so doesn't want to fork out thousands to get the nice cars he looked at as a wedding car.

So I said I would ask about as I know some people with GTRs, Astons etc.
The problem is they all live down south with myself.

If anyone is willing to help me out and make his day that bit more special then it would be greatly appreciated. A Nissan GTR is his prefered car, but anything a bit more exotic/special/fancy would be nice.
I would of course offer you some money for the pleasure of him getting a lift.

Its this or hes going in a Ford Focus...which is the car he drives so not really the best choice.

Please help me!
Thanks
Richard

They have another car to leave in. The car is literally just to get the Groom to the wedding venue.

Its the Christ Church in Port Sunlight.

I know you're looking for a GTR or Aston but if you're stuck we have Kate, our metallic silver/grey TVR Chimaera 4.6. She sounds like an artillery division, has a nice new red/grey interior and virtually a full mechanical rebuild including new engine. It's a Monday, I'm off work that day too. We'd be happy to help on your friends' special day free of charge in return for a modest donation to a charity. smile By the way we're just up the road in Runcorn.

If I havent sold it, then an 2008 Yellow Ultima GTR is in the offering, unless you get a better offer in the mean time.

Oops got the wrong date. Its the 6th june 2013, which is a wddnesday i believe.

Highflyer if you have the car that would be fantastic. The GTR is one of his dream cars so would be a really special car.

However katev8 if you are free on that date then would you be willing to offer a lift, should the GTR not be available?

He sounded like a giddy school girl when i rang and said people had offered these cars. So either one would be brilliant for him.

Always amazed at the fantastic people on here and in the car community as a whole. Thanks guys!

Sorry Davel, looking on the phone means I miss things!!

Im sure he would be happy with any of the cars. I'll keep you all in mind and contact people nearer the time to see who is free, cost, and such things.

Really appreciate all the responses and help!

I was only kidding - really.

Hope it's a brilliant day and the sun shines!

As it is anyway, it's a work day so I couldn't do it.

- and it's a TVR, so a great car!
