Track Car Co-Ownership

Afternoon all,
Iv been looking at getting a cheap car to use as a track car and occasional sunny days.
Im only looking at a cheap car, nothing flash and have just been to look at a PH favourite(MX 5)
The reason for the post is that although im happy to go it alone i thought it would be good to go in with another person. I am a full time mechanic so dont mind getting my hand dirty and plan on doing some mods to the car for track use.
If anyone is interested in going into joint ownership, let me know. Looking at going into 50/50, vehicle wll be available to use, could do joint track days to split the cost, or if you want to go alone i have no problems.
