Short term accomodation near Chester?

I've started a new job up by Chester and I got confirmation at late notice so I haven't got accommodation sorted yet. I basically need somewhere until the first of October at the latest to live in until I get a place sorted. Hotels and going to be expensive, and it looks like B&Bs aren't cheap either (the ones I've been looking at anyway).

Does anyone know anywhere around Chester, towards Mold, Deeside, Flint etc that would take someone in on a weekly basis? I'm thinking something like a house share might be a possibility? It doesn't have to be in Chester, closer to Deeside is preferred..

I can speak to a colleague if needs be - youngish chap and would be probably glad of a bit of help with the rent for a few weeks - but do appreciate your post is a few weeks old.
