PDR in Manchester - any recommendations?

Woke up to find a dent in my rear 3/4 panel yesterday morning (was parked in a small Welsh village, not Manc city centre).

Has anyone used and can recommend a dent specialist in either Central Manchester or I work in Gatley so Stockport area.

Luckily it appears there's no major creasing and no paint cracks/damage.

Have you tried a sink plunger / the screen sucker bit from a sat-nav holder?

I dented the boot of a Punto hire car a few years ago when closing the boot (cheap Italian junk!) - after getting over the initial panic, I popped it back out by sticking the satnav holder to the dent and tugging it out.
