Greater Manchester Traders/Dealers
Discussion
I'm helping my girlfriend find her first car. Budget no more than £1000. She'd love a Ford Puma, but with such limited budget is obviously also looking at Ka's, Fiesta, Fabia, Polo, Yaris, Astra, and obviously Focus.
Are we missing anything obvious?
Also, we were going to spend a couple of days going around traders. But obviously I want a list before we go out. Anyone know a load of reputable traders around Manchester? We'd be starting off Central Manchester and working our way out.

Or this, perhaps, if you're up for buying privately? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2000-FORD-PUMA-1-7-16V-/...
If looking at Pumas, check the rear wheel arches - they're b*ggers for rusting. And find out if the clutch has been replaced. Hate to say it, but lots of girly clutch-riding in them!
