Is this defo happening? Had heard that it was cancelled. I was massively excited, but speaking to a venue manager they said it was no longer. This was over the Jubilee weekend, so may have changed again?

Yes, it's definitely happening. I know the organisers were talking to various venues earlier in the year, so what you heard wouldn't have been strictly true. Lots of competitors have paid their deposit.
