Carb tuning and Rolling Road in NW

I'm looking for a really good rolling road carb tuner able to set up a 5L Rover V8 with quad Dellorto carbs. They must be really good and experts with Dellorto's. Was hoping to use Rob at Mini Sport in Padiham but there cooling fans can't cope with 400bhp.

Any recommendations please?
