Swissvax Detailing Day - at Lloyds, Carlisle - 14th April

Hi all,

Swissvax UK are kindly putting on a free 'Detailing Day' for anyone interested in care care and cleaning, or for anyone who just wants to turn up and have a look at a load of nice cars

ALL WELCOME!

There will be a team from Swissvax there who will be detailing a few cars as a demonstration along with giving out plenty of free one-to-one advice on car care and detailing.

Plus there will be a nice selection of cars on display and in attendance from Porsche Club GB, TVR Club, Jaguar Club, GT40 Club and others.

The details are as follows:

The planned time of the event would be 10am – 2pm.

Complementary lunch will be provided.

Agenda is:
- Coffee upon arrival (from 09.30am)
- Welcome by Lloyd / Swissvax
- A tour of the Lloyd bodyshop facility
- Full Swissvax demonstration, covering:
-Paint correction process
-Paint protection process
-Matt paint application
-Leather treatment, cleaning and re-colouring
-Swissvax product range on display
-Swissvax technicians / Lloyd staff on hand to look at members cars and advise on any rectification work
-Full Swissvax shop set up, for product sales (inc special offers and club discounts)

Finish time approx 2pm onwards.


There will also be free information packs and samples for all attending to take away

Might have a nosey and will probably learn something as am clueless (impatient) when it comes cleaning cars

Me too...I'm useless at cleaning my car.

Anything more testing than a shampoo and rinse with a hosepipe and I'm stuffed!

I bought some proper expensive carnauba wax last year and tried to wax my car properly and regretted every minute of it. It looked st when I finished... like someone had dribbled white candle wax in all the panel gaps

I'm hopefully gonna learn something!
