Paintless Dent Repair Recommendation - Chester

Spotted a nasty dent on the drivers door of my E46 Coupe when cleaning it at the weekend - no idea how it's happened but it looks like the panel has been pushed either side of the side impact beam and caused two shallow depressions and a 3-4" long horizontal crease which actually comes out from the door.

I Fully appreciate that it may not come out completely, but any improvement would be welcome so I'm looking for a good mobile dent repair around the Chester area.

Any suggestions / experiences ?
