British F3/GT Championship Oulton Park, Who is going?

Hi,
I am just wondering who will be going to Oulton Park for the F3/GT Championship on 6th - 9th April? i am at uni over in Manchester but will be heading over with my brother, possibly camping for the weekend as we are both into motorsport/automotive photography and want to make the most of the event. Would be quite good if a group of PistonHeads members could meet up or make it a bit of a convoy. Anyway hopefully get to meet some other people who are into cars as there is a serious lack of them at uni

I'll be heading down on the Monday from my parents' place. If there was a worthwhile convoy I'd be up for it and could probably persuade my dad to get the Aston out too.
Just a thought re camping for the weekend, I expect there will be no track action on the Sunday of the event. Would be worth consulting the timetable to be sure anyway.

I will be packing the thermals then just incase it is freezing! I had a look on the web and I think your right about no action on Sunday so might just take the day to scout around doing some arty photos of the track then head to a local pub for a Sunday lunch or something. Hopefully get to meet a few people from here and enjoy what should be a really good event!
I'll be there on the Monday as usual. It's consistently one of the best motor racing days of the year at OP. 
Also, for a more casual day out this weekend sees a big trackday event at OP. The Annual Porsche RS trackday on Friday and an open track day on Saturday. No cost on the gate, as is usual for trackdays.

I'll be there for the full weekend, ill be heading over from Huddersfield with a few mates. Last year was fantastic beautiful sunshine all weekend! One of the lads I went to uni with is lead mechanic on one of the United Autosport's Audi R8 LMS cars so I always go for a nosey and catch up!
We'll be there again. It is awesome to watch at OP.
Okay gents, ill deffinately be going on the Monday, maybe the saturday too, but it's ussually a quieter on the saturday.
I dont mind organising a convoy to Oulton park on the Monday morning if there are enough people interested. The fastest way of getting in is down the back lanes to little budworth and then using the smaller entrance which gets you onto the other side of the track facing the pits and round to the field on the other side of the track at Old Hall and Avenue corners (great views). That way there is very little traffic, i have never been stuck in traffic going that way.
For those coming from the North/east i can arrange from lymm services (20A M6 or 9 on the M56) or anywhere between there and Oulton maybe with stop offs to gather more people. early meet, say 8 or 8.30 with a bit of a hoon on the way maybe?
