Hi all,

I'm at home this coming weekend for the first time since Christmas and itching to get the Lomax out already. Does anyone fancy joining me for a drive/meet/tyre kick? (weather permitting- it's no fun in the rain)

I'm in Knutsford so central Cheshire would be best- Macclesfield, Holmes Chapel, Altrincham, Northwich, Delamere. Anywhere in cheshire to be honest, I don't mind. Pace won't be too fast due to limitations of the old girl. But I know some nice twisties in the countryside. Sunday would be my suggestion but I'm free nearly all weekend and we may even end up at a pub somewhere.

Whatever, I'm fairly easy so long as the weather is good! (i have no roof, windscreen or sidescreens)

I'm doing a TD at Oulton tomorrow so as long as there are no miss haps then I should be ok

Lymm services mcdonalds sounds good! i'll start to make a route of circa 1-1.5 hours?? some lovely twisties round there!! they are ideally suited to the smaller car though, so any big/fast motors planning to show up??

Can we include a tunnel run in this ? I know a good route from Lymm to Wilmslow that includes the airport tunnels

If it was sunday I would try and come along(even just for the tyre kicking) but working until 3 on saturday and at least an hour from cheshire
