Manchester O2 Apollo parking

Is the official parking around the O2 Apollo OK or am I likely to come back to half a car?

Also, does anyone know how the O2 Priority thing works? Do I just jump the queue while flashing my phone at the doorman?

its not that bad, the other week, on a saturday, most people parked in the side streets or in the cash and carry car park

As you're approaching the roundabout by it from the city centre side there's parking signs immediately on the left hand exit, I've parked there at least a dozen times and never had an issue. It's usually about a fiver. HTH

Do NOT park on a side road.

Had our car (only a Fabia VRS at the time) broken into.

Unsure how much this is true but I am informed gangs run the car parks. They cram you in while at the same time they employ kids to steal from cars who are on side roads.

I know that a local school's head teacher was theratened when he opened up the school's car park to generate extra funds.

Get a taxi full stop or park in town and walk/taxi in.
