In the middle of planning a night out with some old mates and may well end up driving.! Is there anywhere I can park central but without the risk of someone running a key down the side!?

Will want the car out in the early hours too! So no lock-ins.

Thanks in advance!

IIRC Lime Street station has a secure 24 hour car park

I went up to Liverpool from Shropshire last year and was worried about parking my Loti all the way there, the car parks in the city however are among the best and most secure I've come across, CCTV, men in uniform with pistols ( I may have made the pistols bit up) nothing to worry about!

Liverpool One car park is probably among the best. Central location, decent sized spaces, undercover & well lit. Possibly not the cheapest option though!

This is what you're looking for, as mentioned above.

I often leave nice cars in Liverpool One car park. John Lewis car park is also good but that might shut earlier.

Liverpool is only average for car crime nowadays, Manchester is much worse.

Nobody is going to steal a modern car without the keys, and in somewhere like Liverpool One there are not people passing as it is out of the way underground, well lit and patrolled. It's probably safer than most peoples driveways.

I've left my cars in most of the city centre multi-storeys at one time or another and never had a problem. As above, Liverpool One and John Lewis are probably the most secure and well lit.

I use the new multi storey at the Echo Arena. Very secure and cheaper than Liverpool One.

£2 for up to 1 hour
£3 for up to 2 hours
£5 for up to 5 hours
£8 for up to 9 hours
£10 for up to 24 hours

Echo Arena event parking - £5.00

Bus!!! don't swear...

I'll park in that Liverpool One I think, thanks for the recommendation.

I'm not worried the car will get stolen, just damaged by pissed idiots. Like, i'd not leave it on a side street off Concert Square!

Cheers.

Yes. Best place to park IMO, loads of cameras although haven't seen many staff around.
Double check you can get out after hours - I had a feeling you couldn't but doesn't make sense the location it's in.
Some decent bars and restaurants nearby.

Entrance and exit times are 24/7, well, that's what they say on the site.

I was in Liverpool One car park this weekend.

After 21:00 all the doors are locked, and you access entrance doors via the barcode on your ticket.

If you leave the car on I think level 3, you can put it vitrually in front of the control room where the operators sit behind a screen and monitor the cctv etc. (Next to the toilets.)

It's probably safe there than most peoples garages.

You can leave it in Q-Park all day long, I spoke with the reception and IIRC the charge gets capped at £14 if left overnight, but if you get to the car before 9am the next morning its slightly less.
