Another month, another great opportunity for some driving action! So who wants a trip out?

The start and end is:
The Greyhound
Cow Lane
Ashley
WA15 0QR

Meet at 7pm for starting at 7.30pm.

Everyone's welcome – the run is between forty five mins to an hour long and the bar is lovely for a natter before or after. It is a set route that loops round to the Greyhound for the end. Tim the landlord is lovely, and loves having car people in.

There is also Karting on the 16th if anybody would love a bit more! at the Three Sisters Race Circuit. See this thread:

Just a heads up, due to the nights drawing in we will be leaving dead on half past. See you all there.

Hopefully there won't be heavy traffic on the motorway then - I might be close to that deadline otherwise smile.

sorry, lost you all on the second leg. managed to catch jaik up, only to see him dissapear off down the first set of dogleg traffic lights when we were stuck on red. we continued and did nearly all of the run, taking a few shortcuts, but still couldnt catch up so bailed out on the way back.

hope to see you all again sometime (next summer?), im back off to uni in 2 weeks.

wasnt that smart nuts yikes

Ah, sorry, we didn't realise you were sticking with us and the hammer was firmly put down for a lot of the route!

Despite the route/convoy confusion, I enjoyed the run and had a spectacular blast out of Ashley on the way home, the Clio continues to impress!

Thanks for organising as ever, Caz.

Slomax so sorry to have lost you, because I didn’t see you behind on the second leg, I assumed (wrongly) that you were staying behind because it had got so dark.

Sorry also for the confusion on the route, I realised I should have gone the other way around (note to self)

Although it was fun in the dark, I think I will not be setting one up for next month. Just I think the risks are enlarged and I don’t want something to happen.

So the last one for the summer will be 29th September at Red cat. I think the best idea would be to leave at 7pm from there.

I will also put up North Wales Sundays Runs during the winter, so will keep you posted on those.

Photos to come this evening.

Never mind, I assumed when you pointed back into the car park you meant stay there, so did so for a minute and then realised everyone else was turning round. Not to worry eh! Hopefully the winter break will bring some good driving days too!

See you all again soon!

Oops - I'd mistakenly thought it would be the 22nd. Working on the 29th, sadly.

Fun last night! Hard work for me, I'm slow in the dark smile.
