Bodyshops in Liverpool

To be honest I need a bodyshop with a reasonably cheap labour hourly rate.
The rear bumper on my car is sagging a little bit which is a common problem. There's a basic solution to fix it but I'm useless at DIY.
Alls it is is lifting the bumper up and inserting 5 screws into a plate. This I believe lifts the bumper up and keeps it there.

Second question is, would a bodyshop do such a job like this?
