Wow the sun is ace and roofs should be off cars at all times ;-) So who is up for a cruise in the country?

The start and end is:
The Greyhound
Cow Lane
Ashley
WA15 0QR

Meet at 7pm for starting at 7.30pm.

Everyone's welcome – the run is between forty five mins to an hour long and the bar is lovely for a natter before or after. It is a set route that loops round to the Greyhound for the end. Tim the landlord is lovely, and loves having car people in.

Any questions please ask and if you are coming copy and paste the list below:

Good News!
Definitely not working on tuesday and i have also sorted out all of my electrical gremlins (alternator not charging). While the alternator shouldn't have been a problem, it would mean that i couldn't have used my lights... at all. Serviced and MOTd it too this last week so all should be good now. Just have to hold out for the weather.

Keep meaning to join you all on one of these as I only live in Altrincham - for once, it doesn;t clash with work, so unless the heavens open....

Ace meet, thanks for organising again Caz :-) The Lomax utterly stole the show, what a machine!

I'm really bonding with the Clio now too. It's rather… "effective" with the ESP off whistle

Great run, great folks - thanks for organising again Caroline! smile

Huge thanks to slomax for the run out in the Lomax . . what a truely bizarre machine! Face was sore from grinning . . . and loved the random responses from folk as we drove past, one guy was grinning and giggling just at the sight of it! I still can't understand why it doesn't fall over, and the first two corners my heart was in my mouth, although I got a bit more relaxed towards the end of the run.

See you all next month! smile

What a fantastic evening! biggrin

Thanks for organising it caz

And thanks to David for the ride in the striker- it's incredible just how much grip it has and is totally flat through the corners at speed!

Caroline- I have put your name on the passenger seat for next time smile

Hope the first few corners didn't scare you (kirsty) too much. Once you get used to it, it's fine (as you said). Totally different cornering experience to the striker though eh?!

Nice to eventually meet everyone!

One of the most purely enjoyable of these meets yet smile. Superb.

The Lomax is compelling and I want it, and any hour spent following a Vantage is an hour of aural pleasure smile.

Had a great time and was good to meet everyone last night - I was a virgin but will definitely be along again

As everyone has said, the Lomax was a show stopper - just made you smile looking at it
