Portsmouth Traffic- How bad?

Hello guys and gals, just a quick question...

Next Monday (half term week, if it makes any difference) I have to get the IOW ferry at 10am, and I was wondering what the traffic will be like in Pompey around this time (probably closer to 9/9.30. I have never had the (dis)pleasure to drive there in anything remotely representing the rush hour so TBH I dont have a clue what to expect...

During half term week will be good. From the M275 to IOW ferry terminal can be anything from 5 minutes to 20 minutes absolute maximum.
