I got caught up in the Scone convoy today as I was heading back from a bash last night. I was heading back into Gosport in a dirty red VX220 Turbo, PH sticker on the back window.

Apologies to the Elise behind me if you were following me, I was just going home! Somebody was also trying to wave me into the car park on Stokes Bay and looked a bit confused when I drove straight past. silly

Cars looked great, guys, and the weather was awesome for it. Hope you all had a good time.

Sorry about that. I would have loved to have stopped in. I had a load of wedding type things to do this afternoon and the long-haired general would have torn me a new one if I'd been late back.

I was OK using the .itn file on TomTom until the three maids roundabout. TomTom sent me to second exit, noticed a few people going around a couple of times, one person even took 3rd exit, written instructions said first exit. Anyway, still joined up with A34 further down so no biggie!
I think another waypoint may have been needed to stop the "shortest distance" command rerouting us!

Wasn't a problem, it all added to the magic of the day. God knows what it would be like if 100+ cars all actually went on exactly the same route!
