Any small builders / odd job men in Fareham area?

Hi Guys, hope you are all well down on the sunny south coast 
I am looking for someone who can do some very small building works, ie: painting, decorating, plaster patching etc. It's for a high street company we do a lot of work for who have moved out of their retail unit and need to satisfy the landlords spec when the lease expires.
It all has to go through the books so, need the relavent construction industry red tape stuff.
Work will start in a couple of weeks.
Oh, and the costs must be reasonable, otherwise we'll do it ourselves
