Trax - Silverstone Sunday 7th

Hi guys, bit late in the day to mention this but, dispite the rubbish weather there's a convey leaving Hedge End McDonalds car park at 5.30am on Sunday for the Trax event at Silverstone. (Possibly a bit chavvy but as long as the stalls are open and the strip is open it should be good fun, even in the rain.)

If anyone was considering it (doubt it ref weather) and fancies joining, let me know via PM and i'll make sure we wait.

Hopefully for 6 o'clock as long as nothing goes wrong. We are being led by a Nissan Nivara so we won't be going exceptionally fast anywere.

I was on track at 9:20 and 11:40 if anyone spotted me!

Bit wet, bit chavvy, but track time was awesome fun. Nasty drift crash too!

Wet- very wet!! What were you driving mate? I was out in my Clio V6 on the 9.40 session- bloody hairy. Was quite amusing watching everyone spin as long as they were no way near you. Reckon I must have been 15-20 seconds quicker last year!

Yup, i saw a 106 fly of behind me trying to beat me into a corner, and a starlet trying to pull away infront of me and spun it when he didn't correct the understeer properly and it just flicked straight back at him. Tonne more wipes out while watching from stands too, made for a good day.

Enjoyed the white 205 Rallye abusing the digital evo's ect... into the corners and the red 205 having a good go, also enjoyed the PSOOC 405 MI16 looking pretty, bit a peugeot thing going on...

Watched my mate take his diesel A3 company car around the track, highly amusing egging him on to ditch it and explain to the boss what happened, also, did anyone see the black 350Z ditch? The guy driving is a friend of a friend, just passed, £7K insurance on 3rd party only and he still took it out, nutter!

we did speak to a guy waiting at the pit entry gates in a 350 at 1430 . . . don't think he came on the 1450 session we were waiting for.

did any other drivers count how many overtook on the right??? thought that was banned along with overtaking on the outlap (behind the pace car)???
