Roadtrip to Brighton Speed Trials?

Saturday 13th: if the weather comes right like last year (if... . . !), who's going this year to watch/compete? i hope to get there 830-9 to make sure a couple of pals competing do their utmost to break the 10s barrier - anyone else travelling the same route at the same time - would make a fine convoy run

Any PH worth their sort will be going to this surely?
I will be going, as I do every year, with my pal Wayne and thought it might be novel to wear my PH long sleeve white shirt which is very distinctive as it has 'Pistonheads' boldly emblazoned down one arm and the skull and pistons motif on the chest. If you see me there, stop me and make yourself known , too many of us on here seem happy to hide behind the anonymity of the keyboard and although may attend a meet or two, seem reluctant to actually speak face to face.
Which reminds me: 14.9.08 = SUSSEXSCHLEIFE, Shoreham Airport 0645 meet to leave @ 0700.
