Loads, having said there isn't much of a "visible" presence from the Sussex folk so I know what you mean.
Plenty of folk down your way as well as the other side of Brighton. This thread in particular may be of interest; http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...

But yes, there are a few You could always come over to Hampshire for the the next Hoon, I'm trundling over from Worthing for it. Then again, you're a fair bit further than Worthing, so it may be a bit of a stretch
Indeed I am, not even a month is it.
Must be going senile already im too young at 23!
Trouble is there is nowt over this way,
Bexhill 100 isnt like it use to be and the Pestalozzi Hillclimb in Sedlescombe near Hastings is nolonger run. Think theres been more fasination with buses the past couple of months then cars.
We'll see about the hoon, as needs must.

It's a good point..I'm looking at possibly starting a regular hoon thing for the Sussex lot, will see.Well I'ld be up for it, wont be selling the G and buying TVR though!
Suppose its relatively simple first a meet up say carpark/industrial estate somewhere, with a nice drive to a pub/resturant whatever. If only I knew of any, guess theres always a brewers fayre for a trial run.... not the same as a country pub though.
Might be interesting to do it on a Bank Holiday Weekend as I believe alot of the National Trust places are free entry. Or am I wrong?
Have to see whether this thread picks up I suppose.

What I'm thinking is...We meet up somewhere, say for examples Devils Dyke or the big Asda near Falmer & basically take the roads from there further in land & do something similar to the "Hampshire Ring" thread but around Sussex of course.
Gonna be looking @ prospective routes in the coming weeks.

Although always a pleasure to meet any type of PH'er, we really need at least half a dozen or so of us to make it worthwhile don't you think?
I don't really like lists but feel it essential in this instance to gauge interest if nothing else, so here goes:
Those interested in attending the first 'Sussexschleife', ( meeting point and route yet to be decided ), please register your interest;
