Looking at renting a flat here in the next few weeks. Apparently there isn't a waiting list for permits which is odd, but a bonus.

Is it a decent area to park the car in etc?

Seems okay, infact I think tree sap may be the worse problem.

There is a Range Rover or two parked on the street iirc and an Elise on a gated drive so not too bad.
