scamera van a259 just before hove street, heading into B'ton

I've never seen one here before, but it was there today just after 0800.

Parked up on the pavement near-ish to the hotel and just before the traffic lights.

Looked like a builders van from the back with only dayglow markings....

Do you mean at the bottom of Princes Square?


I've never seen a scamera van there befors, there were a couple of traffic s there last week at about 8 - 8.30 in the morning.
