Must it ne IN B'mouth? The Haven at Poole is good.

The Royal Bath used to be good. But they all have good rooms and bad rooms due to their age.

The Wessex is OK. I've run training courses there and enjoyex it but never stayed there.

There are so many someone will be along with more info soon.

Check out the FJB hotel group. They own four down here, the best two being Harbor Heights and The Haven.

Not cheap, but they both, have stunning views, great food, friendly staff, 4 stars, beautiful rooms and are well done out. Always book my folks in whenever they come and visit.

Past that try the Orchid Hotel, lovely boutique hotel close to town but not too close. Won an award in the Times if memory serves?!

Also

Try the Langtry Manor. The house was originally built for Lilly Langtry by King George. Try doing a google!

Good luck
