As it says on the tin really. I'm down there for one night at the end of August. The last time I went I stayed at The Beach Hotel. Never again.

I'm looking for something decent within striking distance of or in Worthing. Budget not an issue as I'm only staying one night and the firm will pay.

Must have off street car parking.

Thanks in advance.

Just North in Findon is Findon Manor (close to the A24) but struggling to think of anywhere I'd suggest in Worthing itself. Alternatively there is a Hilton at Arundel.

Yes, most hotels in the town are a bit short on parking spaces.

On the pricier side:

Angmering Manor Hotel (out towards Littlehampton, A259 to Worthing, slow in rush-hour)

Bailiffscourt Hotel (beyond Littlehampton - need to be on very good terms with your boss for that!) A259 again

Avisford Park/Hilton as mentioned is just off the A27 but beyond the Arundel bottleneck
Google should bring up websites.

More mundane stuff:
Travel Inn, Crossbush, just this side of Arundel on A27, easy trip to Worthing (until you hit Worthing)
Comfort Inn, ditto (A27 service area)
Travel Lodge, Rustington (just this side of Littlehampton) A259

The Sussex Pad is quite nice, popped in there at lunch time, about 10 minutes from Worthing in Shoreham.

Good off street parking, there were about 4 nice Porsches in there today

MiB. I like the look of The Sussex Pad! Thanks

And DW, you know when I said the firm will pay and you said I had to be well in with my boss to be able to stay at the Bailiffscourt?

Well, I think I would have to sleep with him to be allowed to stay there!

The Hawk Stratos could very well be heading down to Sussex with me. That's why I need the off street parking. smile

I'll give you a heads up nearer the time the dates aren't finalised yet..

ETA: I've just checked your profile. Can I have a go in one of your aeroplanes if I let you sit in the Strat? biggrin

Unfortunately I work on big Commercial stuff so cant get you access lol

But the one in the pic is on Shoreham Airport, just across from the Sussex Pad so is easy to get to if your want to replicate the pic!
