Parking Brighton?? any ideas?
Discussion
hi all,
I'm coming down to Brighton on Friday night for the weekend and i'm wanting to find a decent car park where my car won't get scratched, nicked etc...
I'm staying at by the old steine, so ideally somewhere within walking distance.
I've heard that Brighton isn't the best for parking.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
thanks.

Brighton parking can be a nightmare!
I can't recommend any particular car park personally but http://www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/index.cfm?request=c1000669 is the council's website page which list car parks and this
http://www.ncp.co.uk/multimapform.aspx is for NCP car parks.
If you don't know the area at all I can tell you which ones are nearest to where you're staying, or if you want free, on-street parking I can tell you where to find it - but bear in mind the high proportion of students may mean you have nightmares if you are precious about your paintwork!
