Loonies!!
Yes, two weeks ago the fave place for meets on the A272 / A32 junction reopened and its run by a biker. Was loads of various machinery there yesterday and we'll be having some lunch there today. Seems to be along the lines of the old place but a bit nicer inside. Cars and bikes all welcome and maybe a place for future meets once again?
Anyway, if anyone else fancies lunch and blat then we'll see you there later (off to do a photo shoot beforehand)

i'll have to pop down there....its always a good run wether in the car or on the bike

No no no. Its on the opposite side of the road, a bit further up the road fromt he garage heading towards West Meon.
A meet here sounds good. We live 10 mins away!!
Sad to report that, much as it was nice to see it back open for business,the prices were approx 100% above what they should be,for what you get.I suspect a lot of people will visit this once,or perhaps just nip back for a brew.It makes the Little Thief that was there previously seem good value.All IMHO of course.

we used to just buy food at the garage and meet in the little thief car park...thats what'll happen now then, if the prices are rediculous

I agree - small breakfast £5.95 and 'large' breakfast £8.95 - both should be at lest 40% cheaper. Who will tell them - no website so can't really give 'feedback' kindly!Gassing Station | South Coast | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
