I have a job interview lined up in Poole, and was thinking of having a holiday for me and my better half at the same time.
So, now I'm wondering about cheap(ish) self catered holiday homes, or such, for the first week in May in B'mouth, Poole area.

Can't recommend anything, but suggest you move quickly as Bank Holiday week is quite busy.

Suggest you Goggle "Bournemouth Tourism", or "Poole + Holiday" and see what you get. Hundreds of cheapish guest houses if you can't find a chalet - find them through Bournemouth Tourism

try to stick to Poole end as Bournemouth gets very expensive,as said especially bank holiday weekends
