Room to rent in Brighton for a few months needed urgently

A friend of mine has been asked to leave his digs at one months notice - for wearing a kilt! I don't think he has any rights or proper agreement, and doesn't want a confrontation. He could really do without the hassle right now as he's studying at Brighton uni as a mature student (he's about 30). Does anyone have any ideas where he could be housed until the summer vacation? Mark is a nice guy, a bit of a boffin, but friendly polite and clean, and a wizz with computers and maths.

I think, reading between the lines, that the landlady wants the house to herself now she has a new boyfriend calling round. So she's just come up with a ridiculous excuse to ask Mark to vacate.
