Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced body shop?

Hi guys,

My Jag XJ8 has a stone chip on the A-pillar that needs attention as it's turned rusty, plus little urchin decided to put a large and deep scratch in the middle of the back bumper.

Can anybody recommend a good body shop in Bournemouth/Poole area to sort these problems, hopefully without doing too much damage to my already wilting credit card?

The only one I know is Sewards in Poole. Just had some work done on my car...very good and seemed reasonable!!
