I want to get back into Shotokan, Did 7 years and was pretty good! Are there any instructors / dojo's around Bournemouth?

come to Southampton and train with me. (not Karate but its fun, Mo Han Do Kung Fu)

I found the kung fu styles very difficult. There is no doubt in my mind they are more effective but take longer to learn and I am just not co-ordinated enough to do kung fu. The closest I have got was a few years of shoringi kempo wiich was really good but the local clubs are all too "nice". Semi contact means you touch, not leave your strike 30cm from the target. After a while like this, it messed up my fighting distances.

either the community hall by the Two Brothers Pub in Chartwell Green West End 730pm, or The school in Brook lane warsash/parkgate on a thursday 7pm.
