Exhaust Welder in Hampshire

Hi All,

Looking at options for replacing the speakers in my SQ5 exhaust because I think I’ve blown one of them.

From reading, the process is that the exhaust needs to be dropped, speaker housings cut open, speakers replaced and then speaker housings welded back together. They’re stainless steel.

Does anyone know anybody who’d have experience of doing this sort of thing?

Are they specialists in welding? They just look like a VAG specialist.

speak to Andy at JDM spec hes in gosport but he is a very talented welder fabricatior. he mostly does marine and motor sport stuff but he also takes on resto work and odd jobs.

ive used him plenty of times always been spot on. cant reccomend him enough.
