M27 junction 2-3

Does anyone know if they are now 'done' with whatever they the roadworks were from J2-J3? The offset narrow lanes have now been taken away but the temporary cats eyes they've taken up have destroyed the surface. It's so bad I actually had to check my car was ok. Considering it's clearly a fairly recently surfaced road it's disgusting. Is this to be addressed or is that it now?

Unusual for them to actually destroy the surface. Often when they are initially removed, the bitumen left that was used to bond them to the surface remains, and can give a pattering effect, exaggerated by some cars more than others. This usually softens after a few weeks for obvious reasons. Is there no room to straddle them?

Drove that stretch both Saturday and Sunday in the M3 - run over a pebble in that and you know about it.

Really can't say I noticed anything out of the ordinary. Perhaps I need to pay more attention..
