Personally, I can't stick all the crap going on at Xmas etc. Was thinking of guaging opinions about a run or two? Being a singly I can even do Xmas day!! ....or maybe New Years Day might be better???

My Christmas plan:

Leave dinner to six o'clock.

Absolutely teetotal morning (of course).

At 2pm get car out of garage and go for a truly serious hoon.

Then back home to help make dinner.

The Hants TVRCC are having a run out (provisionally Tues 28th Dec) Full details TBA I know you havn`t got a TVR, so there is nothing stopping you arranging a run with fellow PHer`s over that period, as there doesn`t appear to be any thing going on you will get a big take up IMHO?

28th or 29th will be good for me. I want to go for a 'favourite roads in the South' kind of tour / hoon.

Maybe a post on the general forum might be useful too?

See www.pistonheads.co.uk/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&f=65&t=139476 for more details on the run - could be good!

It seems our TVR friends have decided that its a TVR only run. I have asked them to confirm this (on the Events Forum) and if so we will organise another one in the opposite direction!!!

Not sure as yet - maybe get some other opinion as to the best roads. I thought about the A32 and A272 to start with?

Hello chaps, Got a PistonHeads Pub run & meet on this Sunday 12th Dec, see main thread:

www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?t=136096&f=65&h=0

Don't know if any of you south coasters people want to come on the run down to Liphook? It's a "pre Christmas stuff" run. We're gong down from Bracknell so you'll have to come up to us first! Gonna be about 35-40 miles on some nice roads followed by a car park chat and possibly some lunch for those interested. Hope to see you there.
Please respond to main thread so i know numbers for the run/maps. Hope to see you Sunday!

p.s. there's not many TVR's there as they have a run that day too!!!

Can't make that one but I am certainly going to be going out on both the 28 & 29th. The FOC and VX220 members have also been told about the run(s) so we may get a few along.

Wickham Square at 10am on both days (we can sneer at the TVRCC boys on the opposite side on the 28th) so get your arses into gear and be there!

Got a few more people interested now so its confirmed for 10am at Wickham town centre on the 28th. Route can be decided there or if anyone has any suggestions, we can do it before.
